Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we understand that delivery problems may occur. Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order ships. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic and other factors.

Returns and refunds

Our return policy:

  • Returns are accepted only for Damaged Fashion Items by mail and are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
  • We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Decorative Art, Final Sale, Clearance and Gift Card items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit if the item is received more than 7 days from purchase. You should see the refund on your bank statement within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note that we can only refund the original cards used to place the order. If you used 2 different cards to purchase an item, you will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • International purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that Nati H Studio does not refund the cost of outbound shipping or international taxes charged by your local office.
